Very pretty and sturdy, easy to assemble and great costumer service! The rope did not look exactly as in the picture, but it was the same colour and still looked nice. I have not contacted them about this because I like it this way too, however based on my experience with them and other reviews they would surely fix it if I had a problem with it. I am very happy with everything though!

Great quality and easy to assemble! Perfect size for my two cats to cuddle in :) packaged very well, took a while longer to arrive than etsy estimated but the seller had warned about that in the item description, so it was expected and not a problem. They look great, just as pictured! The costumer service was also great, the seller was very kind!
