Unisex shirts are Bella Canvas, racerbacks are District, women's muscle tanks are Bella Canvas, sweatshirts are either Bella Canvas or Gildan depending on application type. Please note that if a specific shirt brand is out of stock, we will do our best to replace it with a similar shirt type to ensure you still receive your order in a timely manner. Although we strive to keep our inventory up to date, inventory shortages can occur due to shortages across the United States. If there is a shortage with an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible.

🦉✨ What if there is a problem with my order or I need a return or exchange?

All items are made to order with care and intention. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds at this time. This policy helps ensure I can continue creating and offering new designs while keeping my business sustainable. As a small, home-based business, accepting returns would create significant financial strain and leave me with items I don’t have the space or ability to resell. For that reason, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as fit, preference, or ordering the incorrect size. However, if there is ever an issue with your order due to an error on my end, please reach out and I will gladly make it right. Please ensure that your mailing address is correct at checkout. North Owl Apparel is not responsible if a package is sent to an incorrect address. However, if you notice an incorrect address was submitted please contact me right away. I can edit the shipping address before your item is sent out.

🦉✨ What if my package has not arrived and is lost in the mail?

Packages are shipped out USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are provided and can verify if your item was delivered. Buyers are responsible for ensuring a correct mailing address with their orders and also a secure location for USPS to deliver your package. Once and item is in the hands of USPS, it is out of my control. If a package is delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office.
