Are they true to size?

My items are all true to size. Most listings have their size charts displayed on them. This can be accessed when you scroll through the pictures

How does your returns work?

As most of my items are personalised, I will not accept returns or refunds on them unless there has been an error which has been caused by me. Then, I will offer to remake at my own cost and send to you. For non personalised items, if for any reason I made a mistake with your order, I will offer to replace or refund your order and shipping costs provided a picture has been sent and the faulty order sent back to me.

My item is non personalised but I chose a wrong size. How do I go about making an exchange?

If you purchased a non personalised item from me and you have chosen a wrong size and want to exchange for another size, I will gladly accept the item back provided it has been unworn, unused and all the labels still attached to it. You also have to send them back within the correct time frame(see policies) using a signed for and trackable service. (For international orders, please mark it as returns on custom forms so I do not have to pay custom charges. Any custom fees from that will be passed to you). after inspection and receipt of the item, I will exchange the item for you after you pay the additional shipping fees.

SHIPPING:

- For Customers in the UK, all items (except stickers and cards which is shipped with standard 2nd class and is untracked) are shipped using RM48 which aims to deliver within 2 to 3 days after shipping and it is fully trackable. Please allow extra days for postal delays as this can sometimes occur which is outside my control.

- For Customers outside the UK, all items (except stickers and cards which is shipped with International Standard and is untracked) are shipped using International Tracked which is a fully trackable service. The delivery aim is 5 to 7 working days after shipping. Please allow extra days for postal delays as this can sometimes occur which is outside my control.

- All our items are personalised/Customised. As such, they cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund unless I have made an error in the personalisation.
