Custom and personalized orders

These are welcomed, please contact me with any inquiries.

Sizing differs per listing, please check listing details. If you have any sizing requests, other than what's already listed... please contact me. Wreath measurements/ sizing is based on finished wreath not the wreath base and is measured from outer tip to tip. Every wreath is measured prior to shipping.

Wreaths do better when hung in a protected area.... not in direct sunlight or inclement weather to prevent fading. A covered porch or awning is perfect. Also when in between seasons, store in a temp-controlled space to keep in pristine condition. The shipping box is perfect to store your wreath for use after use.

Are items ever substituted?

Yes. Due to supplies being limited and seasonal, in some cases I may need to make a substitution for similar florals or greenery. These substitutions will not alter the overall look of your wreath.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska or internationally?

No, I only ship to the 48 contiguous states. I'd be happy to make arrangements to allow you to purchase, however you would be responsible for all shipping fees. Please contact me prior to purchasing, so arrangements may be made. I DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AT THIS TIME. Thank you

Will my wreath be exactly as pictured?

All wreaths are handmade, so there will be slight differences in the placement of florals, greenery, or even bows. The overall design of the wreath will still be achieved despite these slight differences.

What is the difference in shipping and processing times?

Processing time - time needed to prepare an item and get it ready to ship, then hand off to the shipping carrier. Shipping time- once item is received by carrier, the time needed to deliver the item. These times are always estimates and cannot be guaranteed and is also dependent upon your shipping method chosen at checkout. ******Please see my shop announcements, as it usually gives my current processing time. ****Buyers can also see the processing time for an item on the listing page under 'Shipping and Returns'. And the listing page also advises of the estimated ship by and delivery date. Please reach out prior to purchasing if you have a time sensitive order.
