I had ordered a teapot before Christmas, when received it was damaged with chips all over it. Contacted seller, he said damaged due to shipping and I stated it wasn't packed for shipping. He said would ship another if I pay for shipping again. I agreed after he said he would be sure it was packed correctly for shipping. It was to have arrived around 1/2/24 and I received it 1/21/24. Looking at the package I thought, whoops there is going to be damage again. And it was, in area I didn't expect. It isn't usable and definitely not suitable for just display due to the areas that have been broken off. I am now into this "teapot" $150, and both are not even worth using as a display. I looked at reviews before the first order because of the where it was coming from, not one review mentioned any problem with damage.
