Can I return a product?

Since it is a digital download, I won't be able to refund your purchase. However please reach out to me if you have an issue with your order or any questions.

How can I install the brush set in procreate?

Caution: If downloaded as a .zip file unzip the package first 1. Download the file and save it on your iPad 2. Look up the file and click on it (procreate should recognize the brushes and upload it automatically) or 1. Download the files 2. Open up procreate and go to your brushes 3. Click on the plus sign in the right corner 4. Click on import (top corner) and select the downloaded file

Where is the digital product I just ordered? I just got some PDFs.

Some products are bigger in file size. Please have a look at the DOWNLOADSTAMPSHERE.PDF or DOWNLOADINFORMATION.PDF and click the link to be redirected to Dropbox because Etsy only allows 20mb file sizes ;)

Having trouble to install the procreate set?

Try to restart the app or iPad again. Make sure to unzip the files after saving on your iPad. Procreate should import the files automatically when clicking on it or add a brush via the plus icon and then select the file. Also check if there is enough storage space. Reach out if you still need some help.
