When is my order shipping?

Our current processing time frame is 1-7 business days. With the recent volume of orders we have been shipping all badge reel orders on Saturday mornings. They are dropped off at our local post office that afternoon.

I gave you the wrong personalization information.

Please contact me via Etsy e-mail as soon as possible. If I haven't started production, I will be able to fix it for you. If production has started, there will be a charge to redo the item.

When is return shipping covered by The Desert Unicorn?

Return shipping is covered by our shop if it is an error on our behalf or damaged in transit. Damage in transit is when the item is noticeably broken ( ex: dented, cracked, chipped on the item).

Care Instruction are included with every badge reel and can be found in each listing.

Most of our badge reels are 2 inches on the tallest side. At time they may be over 2"
