This piece of jewelry is without a doubt one of my most prized possessions. It contains the ashes of both of my parents and brings me comfort every time I look at or touch it when I miss them. I can’t say enough about the caring and compassionate nature of this seller (Erin). When I sent the ashes, I was initially a little nervous about them getting mixed up because of the volume of requests I’m sure she gets due to the nature of her product and how beautiful it is. She responded quickly to my messages and not only eased my mind but also provided her condolences, gave suggestions on how to make this ring unique to me, and messaged me through the process every step of the way. We need more people in this world like Erin…words simply can’t express my appreciation for both for her and this product.
