Candles are non-returnable if you decide that you do not like the scent. However, we will refund or replace your candles if they got damaged during shipment. Photographic proof of the damage must be submitted to belleandhappy@gmail.com within 48 hours.

- The first time you light your candle, please allow it to burn until the melt pool reaches the edges of the jar. This will take 2-3 hours. This way you will prevent "tunneling" and your candle will last longer.

- Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours each time.

- Trim your wick 1/4 inch after each burn to avoid unnecessary smoke.

- Discontinue use of the candle when ½” of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.

- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.

- Never leave a lit candle unattended.

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days and we do our best to deliver them on time. However, please understand, that we have no control over shipping delays.

Yes, we use all-natural coconut-soy wax for our candles. Our coconut and soy wax is gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and comes from renewable sources.

Belle & Happy is not responsible for items left on porches or mailboxes that may have been stolen. If you think your package(s) may have been stolen, please contact your local post office and/or the local authorities. The post office can do GPS tracking on your package to see where it is located.
Belle & Happy is not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by USPS. If you get a notification that your order has been delivered but it is not, please contact your local post office. They will do GPS tracking on your package to see where it is left.

Payment: Customers are required to pay the full subscription amount upfront at the time of purchase. This includes the total cost of the subscription box and applicable shipping fees.

No Cancellation Policy: Once a subscription order is placed and payment is received, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. We commit to preparing and delivering your subscription boxes as scheduled.

Subscription Duration: The subscription duration is fixed based on the selected option (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year). Subscriptions cannot be modified or terminated before the end of the subscription period.
