If they request your measurements, simply provide them with the clothing size you usually wear. In my case, I typically wear size 28 shorts, so that's what chose when i put my order. However, when I provided my actual measurement (32 inches), they assured me it wasn't a problem. Despite this, when the shorts arrived, they were significantly larger, which was disappointing. After numerous messages, they claimed I had provided incorrect measurements, demonstrating poor customer service by not properly addressing my concerns and assuming they knew best. It's their responsibility to not only verify measurements but also inquire about preferred sizes. Eventually, they sent a replacement with the correct measurements, but charged an additional $100 for shipping and Etsy fees. Big mistake to use them
