Can I have the length of a necklace or bracelet changed?

Possibly! It will depend on the piece itself. Please message me about the specific piece you are interested in, and I will do my best to meet whatever requests you have.

I would prefer to use magnetic clasps on my bracelets; can it be switched?

95% of the time the answer is yes! There are certain bracelets that I would not recommend a magnetic clasp for. If you are interested in having a bracelet made with a magnetic clasp rather than as it appears in the listing, please message me prior to make sure it is a design that can safely accommodate a magnetic clasp. I will do my best to help!

Love Matters! All of the pieces in my shop are handmade. Handmade pieces are special, but some of the qualities that make them special, can also make them more delicate. It is best if jewelry is removed before showering, exercising, and sleeping. Some stones are softer in nature than others (like Opals) and should not be exposed to water, liquids, oils, or excessive light or heat. If you have any questions about caring for a specific piece in my shop, please don't hesitate to message me with your questions. When not wearing your jewelry, I recommend laying beaded pieces flat rather than hanging. You can also place your pieces in an air-tight zip bag to prevent tarnishing.

I want you to love your piece as much as I loved making it. But if for some reason it is not what you hoped it would be, please contact me before leaving feedback. I really appreciate my customers and will do what I am able to do to make things right.

Shipping and delivery

Unfortunately package/porch theft is on the rise, and unfortunately, shipping insurance does not cover porch theft. Therefore, I can not provide a refund if your USPS tracking states that the package has been delivered. If your package is lost in shipping, I will promptly either refund you or send out a new package.
