✬ Ships Monday-Friday. Weekends and Holidays are not included in turn around times.

✬ I ship from Poland, so if you live outside Europe, please be patient - it may take up to 30 working days until you get your parcel, though usually it's much faster than that.

Europe: 5 - 7 working days
Rest of the world - 12-16 working days

✬ If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days since shipment - please contact me, i'll help you sort it out. Before that date I can not claim a package lost and therefore can not negotiate a refund.

✬ Please understand I do my best to ship your items in time, but I can not guarante an exact delivery date. I have no control over customs and your local postal services.

All items displayed in the shop are made to order. Because of the delicate nature of the designs, and as they are specifically made for each customer I can NOT accept returns for products purchased. I can offer exchanges for products. Please contact me if you would like to request a exchange.

RETURNS AFTER ADVERSE AGREEMENT
Accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipment fee. 15% restocking fee for returned items. Original shipment fee will not be refunded. 15% restocking fee will be waived for exchanges. Item/s must be in original condition. Sample Sale and Custom Orders items are FINAL SALE.

If your package arrived damaged or you have received a incorrect shipment please contact within 48 hours of arrival of the package with photos of the damage.

Regular shipping and the Track & Trace upgrade do not cover any damage to the products during shipping.

As a seller I am not responsible for any loss or damages during transit. However I will do my best to find a solution for any problems that may arise with your order.

In the case of lost of shipment I run for compensation from Postal Office - it takes a few months. If I receive the compensation, it is paid to you.

Custom and personalized orders
I only take on custom design based on my own original designs. Any changes modifications are accepted.

Custom designs will need to be approved and paid before they are shipped. Throughout the designing process there will be pictures made and send to the customer. After the final approve has taken place the product will be shipped. Custom orders may NOT be returned.

If you need your item's production time rushed please convo me to discuss specific rates and time frames. Rush orders will be accepted on a case by case basis depending on my current production schedule so I MUST be contacted BEFORE purchase so I can give you the most accurate ship time and rate for your need.
