Custom, personalized & wholesale orders

You’re welcome to send design files or inspiration photos before ordering so we can confirm stitchability (and if possible) thread/color match. For custom order inquiries, please send us a message. If you have placed a custom/personalized order, we will contact you within 24-48 hours with a design mockup. All proofs/mockups must be APPROVED by the buyer before production begins, and any unconfirmed orders may result in delays. We won't ship out any order that hasn't been finalized & approved by the buyer. Due to the nature of these products, refunds & exchanges are NOT offered for custom or personalized orders. If there is an issue with an order that you have received, please contact us.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns & exchanges are not accepted. Please contact us if you have problems with your order so that we can help resolve the issue in a timely manner. We accept order cancellations within 1 HOUR of purchase. Orders are sent into production and shipped out as soon as possible. Any order that is requested to be cancelled after 1 hour of purchasing is subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been marked as shipped with a tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

All items are made to order here in our studio. Turnaround times may vary depending on the item ordered and are subject to stock availability. Please see individual listed items for estimated processing times. Once your order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the initial tracking to update on the courier's website. During normal processing times (excluding holidays), orders usually arrive in about 5-7 days (unexpected delays during shipment can occur). We are not responsible for late, missing, or damaged packages once you order has been accepted by the courier. Feel free to contact us if you need your items by a certain day and we will do our best to accommodate you.

I haven't received my order. What happens if my package gets lost in transit?

If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us ASAP. We are not liable for any orders that are damaged or lost during the mailing process. Some orders may have insurance depending on the item. We are not responsible for orders marked "delivered" by the courier that have not been received. If you believe that your item was lost in transit, you can file a claim with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm The location and status delivery of your package are completely out of our control once they have been shipped out.

I entered my address incorrectly/incompletely. What now?

Orders typically begin processing as soon as they are received. If you realize you have entered your address incorrectly and your order has not shipped, please send us a message ASAP so that we may cancel your current order. You will need to re-place your order again with the correct details. If your order has been shipped, unfortunately we are no longer liable for the package once it is handed off to the courier, but please contact us. If you provide an incomplete address, we will send you a courtesy message before processing your order. If no response is received within 2-5 days, a full refund will be issued and your order will be cancelled. Please double check that all of your information is correct before you place your order.

My product arrived damaged in the mail. What now?

If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of recieving your order. Be sure to include a photo of the issue so that we may provide a resolution for you.

✽ Wash garments inside-out with other like-colored garments. ✽ Machine wash in cold water with mild detergent. ✽ Avoid using bleaching agents, harsh detergents, or hot water. ✽ Garments should be tumble dried at lowest heat setting. ✽ Do not tumble dry unless item has been thoroughly rinsed. ✽ Never leave damp embroidered items folded or pressed together. ✽ Never wring out embroidered items. ✽ Do not iron or dry clean. Embroidered items will come with a stabilizer backing. Please do not remove the backing to ensure your items last. Pigment-dyed items: We recommend first washing these garments on their own, as some dyes may stain other garments. Fabric wash/material vary depending on the sweatshirt. See individual listings for details.

All sales, discounts, and coupons are valid within the indicated timeframe and cannot be applied to previous purchases, custom or bulk orders, & cannot be combined with any other sale, discount, offer, or promotion. Coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase. We do not provide price adjustments for items purchased prior to a sale or on items purchased after a sale has ended. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Forced returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse/decline/cancel an order for any reason.

Sizing, fit, and material composition varies depending on the sweatshirt. Please read the item details and the size chart provided in the listing before ordering. Everything in our studio is made to order and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes. If you are in between sizes, we highly recommend measuring out your favorite sweatshirt on a flat surface and comparing the measurements with the size chart provided in the item's listing. Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding sizing for a specific item!

👕 SIZING: *All sweaters are UNISEX fit. Some garments are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing. For a more fitted look, we suggest your usual size. For a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Please refer to size chart in listing photos for details.

💡Measuring tip: Take your favorite sweater, lay it on a flat surface and measure the length (top to bottom) and width (armpit to armpit) for a better fit.

For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up. Currently offering sizes S-XL. Additional sizes available upon request. Please send us a message if you need a different size.

⚡PROCESSING TIMES:Each item is MADE TO ORDER here in our studio and shipped to you directly. Our processing times listed on each item reflect this and do not include shipping time. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Beautiful, quality work. Perfect gift, my daughter loves it so much. I accidentally ordered it twice and the seller reached out to confirm and promptly refunded the extra order, which I appreciated so much! Not everyone would do that. I would absolutely recommend both the product and the seller!
