APPLICABLE LAW
The legal relationship between the buyer and the seller is generally governed by Danish law. These rights apply only to the extent that they do not restrict the rights of the state in which the consumer is domiciled.

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the case of a dispute, the Seller is willing, but not obliged, to make an agreement via the EU's "Online Dispute Resolution": https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

VAT
Prices are calculated without VAT because the seller is a small business and therefore not allowed to charge VAT.
In some countries the buyer has to pay VAT on digital products. This VAT is automatically added to the original price by Etsy and displayed as the purchase price if the purchase is made from one of these countries.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
When using a payment method offered through the "Etsy Payments" payment service, payment processing is handled by Etsy. Etsy may use third party payment services for payment processing. You can find more information about this here:

PROVISION OF THE DIGITAL CONTENT
The digital content is made available as a download after the payment process. The buyer receives a PDF file via Etsy with a link to a Google Drive folder where the content is stored and can be downloaded.
The purchased products are available for download in the Google Drive folder for at least one year. After one year, the seller can delete the content from the Google Drive folder and it will no longer be available for download.

USE OF CONTENT
There is no time limit for the use of the downloaded content.
The purchased content may not be passed on to third parties, unless it is a gift in a private context. The content may not be offered for sale, either as a digital file or in physical form, for example as a printed poster.

RETURN AND REVOCATION
If the purchased item is deficient, please contact the seller. You will then either receive the same item without defects or a refund of the purchase price.
Furthermore, buyers from EU have the right of withdrawal within the next 14 days after conclusion of the purchase contract.

Send the filled out form by e-mail to flyingbirdprints@gmail.com to make use of the right of withdrawal. With the revocation, you lose the right to continue using the previously purchased item.
