Candles: Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children and pets. Burning Instructions: Trim wick to 1/4" before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings, Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn candle for more than four hours at a time. Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains.

Wax Melts: To prevent fire or injury: Remove packaging before use. Use only in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts. Read and follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use. Do NOT leave melter unattended while in use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Instructions: Do NOT add water. Do NOT melt on stovetop

All bath products are created in a facility that uses tree nuts and corn. We try to avoid cross-contamination as much as possible but they are created on shared equipment so please buy with caution.

Being that we are a home based shop please do not purchase from us if you are severely allergic to pets to ensure your safety.

All oils and colorants used in products are skin safe. Use at your own risk and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

You understand that by purchasing from our shop we are not responsible for any adverse reactions or damage caused by any products.

Once packages are shipped we are not responsible for them unless insurance is purchased to additionally protect them.

Due to the handmade nature of our items we will not provide refunds or replacement items until we hear back from the postal service once they provide a formal search or the package is returned to sender in the event of missing or undelivered packages.

If an item is returned to sender you will have the option to have it refunded (the product cost MINUS the shipping cost) or reshipped out for an ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE once it arrives with us. This is because it USPS has already been paid once & will RECHARGE to ship it a second time.

Due to multiple lost packages as of February 2024 we will be only allowing international shipments on a case by case basis.

When you choose to purchase from us as an international buyer you understand that you will assume all risks if the item gets lost in customs or lost in a different country. We are unable to contact international shipping providers if something goes wrong, so this will also fall onto you. Most of the time things go fine but we've had multiple cases where it hasn't recently. International shipping is tricky and we need you to be aware of this when placing an order with a USA based shop.
