RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU BUYERS)
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Our Etsy return policy gives you even more time - 30 days - and the same steps apply. To do so, just let us know with a clear statement - an Etsy message or an email to info@entomoboxes.com is enough. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

After you tell us, you have 14 days to send the goods back. The buyer pays the return shipping. We refund the payment, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us or you send us proof of return shipping. You are responsible for any loss in value if the items were handled beyond what is needed to check them.

Exceptions (no right of withdrawal): live eggs, larvae and pupae and other perishable biological material, and items made to your specifications (for example custom sizes).

LEGAL GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS
All products are covered by the legal guarantee under Slovak and EU law (Civil Code, Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection, Directive (EU) 2019/771). We are responsible for defects that exist at delivery and become apparent within 24 months. To file a complaint, send us an Etsy message or email info@entomoboxes.com with your order number, a description of the defect and photos if possible. If the item arrived damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, so we can claim it from the carrier - this does not shorten your legal guarantee. You are entitled to free repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not solve the problem, to a price reduction or a full refund. We confirm every complaint by message and settle it within 30 days. If we ask you to send the item back, we cover the shipping costs of a justified complaint.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, contact us first. If we reject it or do not reply within 30 days, you can turn to the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, www.soi.sk) for alternative dispute resolution, or to the consumer protection authority or court in your country.

PACKAGING AND RECYCLING (GERMANY)
Our packaging for Germany is registered in the German packaging register LUCID (registration number DE1866946093161) and licensed with a dual system (Duales System). Please dispose of it free of charge in the usual collection: cardboard and paper in the paper bin, plastic parts such as bubble wrap in the yellow bin or yellow bag (Gelbe Tonne / Gelber Sack).
