Personalized Spanish version of Grammy's Kitchen.

Abuelita's kitchen, where kids always eat free!

Hand-painted with white vinyl (or another color complementary to the background color) lettering on 3/8 plywood and then hand distressed to give it that old weathered rustic look. I've painted the back and fitted the piece with a self-leveling sawtooth hanger and/or eye bolts with hanging twine.

Because each of my weathered wall art pieces is hand cut from wood that can have a rough texture, knots, small cracks or other "imperfections" that add to its rustic nature, painted with paints I mix myself right on the piece, and hand distressed, no two will ever be exactly the same. Dimensions are approximately 3.5" x 9.5".

Just let me know what color you would like yours (the Spanish version comes in the bright colors you might see in a Mexican kitchen), as well as the name you'd like (Abuela, Abuelita, Abuelo, Abuelito, Roger, etc.) and whether you'd like "los niños" or "los nietos." If you forget, I'll have to surprise you! :)

My turnaround time is usually 2-8 weeks because each piece is hand cut, painted and distressed. **Does MamsCrafted ship free?

MamsCrafted prices include initial shipping fees. This means your items will ship free via USPS to U.S. domestic addresses.

If you provide an inaccurate address, or fail to retrieve your package, or it is sent back to me for whatever reason, and you would like me to reship it, you will be responsible for reshipping fees. Please contact me to purchase a new shipping label. If you choose not to purchase reshipping fees, it will be considered a "forced return." MamsCrafted will not refund for forced returns.

**USPS says my MamsCrafted package was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

Well, that is really awful. Here's what may have happened:

If you live with others, one of them may have misplaced your package. My boy occasionally wanders off with mine. Ask everyone if they've retrieved the mail.

The mail carrier might have mis-scanned as "delivered" when it's really just loaded on the truck. Wait a day or so to see if it's delivered.

If you still don't find your package, call your Post Office and ask for GPS coordinates of delivery. If GPS shows it was delivered to your address, you may have been struck by a mail thief. Despicable. Stealing mail is a federal offense and you should immediately file a police report.

International: call your Post Office to ask if your package is being held until you pay customs taxes.

**I live outside the U.S. and my package arrived with customs fees due. Will MamsCrafted resolve it for me?

Taxes—including customs duties, import taxes, and VAT fees suck. I wish you weren't subject to them.

Neither Etsy nor MamsCrafted can predict, estimate, collect or pay your taxes/fees. They are solely your responsibility as a buyer. If you fail to pay the fee, your postal service will make a "forced return" (send your package back to the seller). MamsCrafted will not refund for forced returns.
