Processing and Shipping Times

**As we enter the busy season, some important things to remember!** Please place your semi-custom orders at least 2 weeks in advance with your information ready. Orders do not start processing until you send through your names and other information. Semi-custom items may be purchased up to 1 week in advance but a rush fee applies. This covers overnight shipping and rushed processing. Proofs may be skipped for rush orders. No refunds will be given if orders do not arrive on time at the fault of USPS or UPS. If your event is less than 1 week away, we can not accommodate your order. Custom items (e.g. paintings, anniversary gifts, wedding invitations) cannot be rushed from March - November. Please refer to Etsy estimates when ordering.

All artwork is best kept framed to keep it safe from dust and debris. Paintings put in full sunlight, framed or unframed, may fade over time. I use the highest quality pigments to safeguard against fading and smudging. Paper products may bend or smudge in transit or with handling. You can straighten bent corners or folds with a bone folder or other hard, flat object. You can remove most smudges with a clean eraser. Handmade paper smudged edges can be torn off. Please attempt these solutions before contacting me for damaged goods resolutions. If your product has been damaged by the post office in transit you may be entitled to a refund up to the amount of USPS insurance ($100).

If you'd like to know the price of your total order, please add all of the items to your cart. This will allow you to see any discounts being offered, taxes, and shipping before you complete the transaction. I cannot calculate this for you via messages. Please don't ask me to do math. :)

Can orders be returned or exchanged?

I do not accept returns or exchanges for customized items. If you have an issue with your order, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. See item details for specific return and exchange eligibility.

Print Orders / Sending Files

If you're ordering prints, message us with your file before or after placing your order. Simply attach a high res PDF of the file without trim marks. For watercolor paper .125" bleed is preferred but we can accept files without a bleed. Handmade paper does not print full bleed (e.g. edge to edge) b/c of the deckle. Your files will be printed exactly as you send them so if you didn't work with a designer who specializes in print on your file, you do so at your own risk. Please ask us questions or order a sample before placing your full order to avoid mistakes. We do not offer refunds or reprints if you don't like how your file prints. Some items to watch out for: background colors, typos, borders, CMYK value variance, trim marks, etc.

There is an option to select 1-10 or 1-20. You cannot break the set so purchase the closest numbers that match your table numbers.
