5 out of 5 starsI love my new pendant light! It’s the final touch in my new bedroom. Shipping took awhile but that was expected. Worth the wait. The light currently hangs a little lopsided but I think it’s adjustable. Customer service was wonderful and a slight customization was even offered. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process.

Hi Jaime, thank you very much for the positive review and sharing an image of your beautiful space! The issue with losing some shape may happen during transportation and unpacking, and this can indeed be adjusted: you can straighten it out and make the shape more symmetrical with your hands, straightening it out gently from the inside of the lampshade. This must help to return it to its original shape. Upon request, I can send a short video showing how to do it.

I spent a long time trying to find the right light for my space, since I needed something we could swag because our dining room table isn't quite under the light fixture. This is perfect! It makes the room feel really cozy and it beautiful while still giving out a good amount of light.
