Do you sell real gold?

Yes, every item in our inventory is guranteed real 10K, 14K or 18K Gold. These items all have the appropriate stamps to prove it. 10k is 10/24 pure gold or .417 fine 14k is 14/24 pure gold or .585 fine 10k is 18/24 pure gold or .750 fine We do not carry any gold filled, gold plated or gold vermeil jewelry.

We offer free domestic tracked shipping from NYC via USPS first class (3-5 business days) Orders usually within 24 hours from receiving payment You can choose to upgrade to priority mail or express mail at checkout. What is considered as custom order?

Custom Orders are considered to be any new design and or any alteration made to an item currently listed such as shortening or personalization (engraved items).

Additional services offered

We Charge $35 to Custom Ring Sizing for items under $500 Appraisal can be added for $70 (Full Certificate size) I Do Not do the appraisals myself (I Find sending the item to an external lab help us to insure our quality control) and that is the reason we need to charge for it. Please note appraisal service is non refundable & requires an extra day.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes!!! For our USA customers we offer: 1 year warranty On all Non Worn- Damaged or Altered items. Warranty does NOT cover Center Stones, only pave stones and/or any defects. Re rhodium plating if needed , up to 2 times in the 1 year warranty time frame. You are Responsible for our Shipping, Repairing Cost after 60 days , Prior to 60 days of date Received we will cover shipping cost.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes, No Interest and any layaway fees for up to 90 Days Only For Listed Items. Convo me for any additional information about our LAYAWAY PLAN.

Can I buy the item with a different center stone?

Yes! We do carry a big variety of loose diamonds and gem stones, and we would love to assist you to select that "special one".

Can you set my own diamond/gem Stone?

Yes, With a purchase of one of our semi mounts, solitaries or any custom made order if you wish to supply your own stone we would love to set it for you for a very reasonable fee. Please contact us and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

Custom and personalized orders

We are confident that your order from us will exceed your expectations. For Custom orders we require 30% deposit toward your approved design. Once the item ready we will require the balance ITEMS Will be shipped after PAID IN FULL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT Returns Or Exchanges On Custom Orders. We Do offer a 30% Restocking Fee on Custom orders (Custom Orders are considered to be any new design and or any alteration made to an item currently listed) Unfortunately we do need to charge 30% restocking fee for all custom orders. I hate to see a custom order returned but unfortunately we can not offer 100% as we offer on listed items as we spend a lot of money, time, labor and materials to prepare a custom order.
