For tie-dye items, hand-washing is recommended to preserve the color. Turn garment inside out and hand wash cold. Tumble dry low.

*Tie-dye fading is not a defect and is an expected occurrence as it is its nature. Tie dye care is located on the back of each tag and it is stated that they will naturally fade overtime however instructions are given to preserve its life. As mentioned above, we recommend hand washing as each washer is different.

The time it takes me to make your order will be posted in the announcements section of my shop. Once your order is made, it will ship which is an additional 2-5 business days on average and may fluctuate based on seasonal circumstances. Once a shipping notification has been received, please allow 24-48 hours for item to start tracking. Thank you!

Due to the unfortunate escalation of porch pirates/thefts we are not responsible when the carrier states your items were delivered but you cannot find them as our responsibility in regards to the transaction ends with delivery.

If you have not received your item, you will need to file a claim with your local post office and/or police department as this is a felony offense. Postal insurance does not cover a package once it’s been marked as delivered as it is now your personal property.

If this is something you have had happen in the past or are worried about please have items shipped to a secure location such as your work address or your post office to be picked up.
