A lone raven flies above spruce trees across this whimsical piece of Northern art on canvas. Soft colors that revealed the northern lights flowed out of my brush as I painted the background. To my surprise an aurora began to appear behind the soaring raven, even though I had intended to paint the sky a dark purple! I went with the flow and this beautiful piece was born. Original was created with watercolor paint, with no use of masking fluid.

The archival print is done on cotton canvas with a lovely, subtle flow of color. The smaller size is 10" x 10" and larger size is 14" x 14", with .75" stretcher bars. It's not too thick, so it can fit in different frames. Pick the framed options if you'd like it framed. The unstretched print comes mounted on foam board. If you like the look of stretched unframed canvas, pick the stretched option. I use a local high-quality craftsman framer to present your piece.
