Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to work with you on a variation of something we currently offer or a new idea you my have. Please convo us. Any item ordered that is made in size or color that is different from the original listing photo and description is considered a custom order. All our pieces have a rustic distressed finish. Therefore, it is considered unreturnable. Items made in different sizes or colors from the original listing photo and description that are sent back without authorization will NOT be refunded. Thank you!

Outdoor Display -- Haven America works outdoors, too!

All items are made for indoor display, but we do offer TWO levels of outdoor protection. Weather Seal: Protective matte coating is applied to the entire sign protecting it from moisture, rain, and sun, recommended for mild climates, patios, porches, and other covered areas outside with an over hang. This is no extra charge, ask for it when ordering. Coastal Core: Is an add on up-grade. Protection starts with a special outdoor wood core and is finished for extra harsh conditions. Current Production Times and Lead Times

Current Production Time: 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS before shipping. Custom Orders 15-20+ BUSINESS DAYS.

Domestic orders ship USPS or UPS, whichever rate is better (2-6 days) with tracking. Your Tracking number is also added to your order the day it ships for your convenience. USPS Priority is not a guarantee of delivery in the specified days, it is only an estimate, if you must have it on a certain date, contact us to upgrade to EXPRESS PRIORITY. If your package is sent back to use for any reason, you have to pay reshipment fees.

Shipping--International

International Client MUST include your PHONE # on the order. Shippers are requiring that phone# for customs to contact you. IF you do not provide a phone number for them, they may not be able to reach you. You would then have to reach out to your local customs office to check if your package is there. Your local post office can assist you in finding your local customs office. If your package is sent back to use for any reason, you have to pay reshipment fees. "EVERYWHERE" shipping cost is an estimate. You may receive an additional charge when the item is ready to ship that reflects the difference. The shipping charge you pay for is deducted from the actual cost and is not the VAT tax, customs fees, and /or duties in your country.

Received a Damaged Item

Items are the responsibility of USPS or FedEx once we drop them off. Please keep in mind that the USPS only insures Priority Mail items up to $50 USD. FEDEx orders are NOT insured. You must purchase full value insurance to fully cover your order. Transit times and damage after the items have left our studio are the responsibility of the shipping company, we will file a claim for damages. YOU MUST-- Keep all packaging, take photos, send photos in a convo to us: 1. OUTSIDE of box 2. BROKEN ITEM 3. PACKING MATERIAL Send info via convo, for us to file a claim and replace your item(s) Keep damaged packaging/art for up to 7 business days, the shipping company has the right to claim or inspect.

We create a keyhole in the backside of each of our pieces. Keyholes are beneficial because they allow your item to hang securely on a screw or nail and sit flush against the wall. We do not provide hanging hardware, as there are various types of wall surfaces—such as drywall, brick, concrete, or wood. Each wall type requires specific anchors and screws that work best for it. Since we cannot determine the type of wall our items will be displayed on, we prefer not to risk damage by recommending the wrong hardware. We encourage you to choose the best hardware for your needs. Additionally, some of our items can be displayed beautifully on a shelf or mantle without needing to be hung. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!

All of our items are made from 1/2 inch thick southern pine plywood. Certain items are made from 3/4 inch thick southern pine plywood. All of our colors are custom made for our color palette with our signature distressed paint finish.

We are noticing that all shipping Carriers are experiencing possible delays. We will try our best to get your order to you ASAP, but please be aware that items could take longer to arrive once they are in transit. We do not have any control over the speed once shipped or more information than is presently provided on the tracking. Most items are shipped Priority Mail 3-4 Business days or FedEx Ground 3-9 Business. If you see "Still in transit, Arriving Late" with either carrier, please understand that your item will arrive; the carriers are just inundated with packages. Some have taken a while, but they have arrived, rest assured. If you have questions, please contact us about your order.

Color Chip Tips:

- If you are planning on ordering a sign and are having trouble choosing between two or three colors, order all of the chips you are considering and then compare them in your own home.

Once you receive your color chips, we suggest that you use them like this...

- Take them to the room you will be displaying your sign in and hold them against the wall

- Look at them at different times of the day and night as light changes by the hour from warm to cool and from dark to light

- Choose a color that matches your other decor like curtains, bedding, trim, appliances, and other artwork

- Choose a color that has an opposite value from your wall color; for example, if your walls are light, choose a darker color
