1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 3 days of contacting us.

2. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the item MUST be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. If the item(s) is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

3. There will be a 20% deduction fee for restocking.

4. The item(s) MUST be returned with a tracking number.

5. As soon as item arrived, we will inspect and process a refund within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business.

Damaged - If your earrings/necklaces arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible within 3 days of delivery. We will review it case-by-case and try our best to rectify the situation. Please note, we do take time to inspect all jewelry and carefully packaged it prior to shipment.

Missing/Stolen - If the tracking number shows that the package has been delivered, we will no longer be held responsible for any missing or stolen packages. If you suspect theft, please file a police report. Read more below for how to uncover your package.
