This headband is the perfect add-on to many of our horns and other head accessories. All accessories/horns/antlers are sold separately.

Each headband has a series of mounting points and comes with a set of hardware or "Keys" that fit into a compatible set of accessories. See product descriptions to learn if they are compatible with the headband, send us a message if you have questions!

Regular: ~21-24 inch head circumference
Small: ~20-22 inch head circumference

The regular size will fit most adults, if you know you have a smaller head than average, the small size will likely work better!
The small size will fit adults with smaller-than-average heads and most children.

Each Key is designed to be mechanically attached to the headband with a screw that sits flush into the headband so that there isn't anything poking into your head! A link is provided with the package to our website for assembly tips.

Our favorite part of the Headband of Disguise is that it can be worn UNDER a wig! The Keys can poke through a wig and the accessories simply click into place on top! Can always be worn without a wig like a normal headband.

There are holes at the bottom ends of the Headband as well to accommodate the addition of string/ribbon (currently not included) to tie at the back of the head if you need more stability for larger horns.

Currently only available in black. You can paint the headband separately from the horns to match hair color better. The plastic, PETG, accepts most paints very readily, I like acrylic paint and spray paint.

Please keep in mind that the cost will increase if it is larger, and decrease if it is smaller. Larger items may come in multiple pieces that require assembly by you. We may be able to offer assembly for items in multiple pieces for an additional cost to cover materials and time.

There is a limit as to how large we can print something for you, at some point it is simply impractical to do with our printers.

Most of our models are 3MF files. Due to upload size restrictions on Etsy, we have to use 3MF files which are the latest technology in 3D printing.

Most slicers can open a 3MF file, our favorite is PrusaSlicer.

If your slicer cannot open 3MF files, try using Microsoft 3D builder to open and save individual models to STL files.

The headband of disguise is amazing and I wish more cosplay accessories came with something like it. Just the ability to reposition things on the headband without having to deconstruct it is a godsend. It shipped with an extra key which I'm also grateful for because I've been burned in the past by accidentally breaking crucial connecting pieces or having them arrive damaged.
