This means that every tumbler is inherently unique, even if they feature the same design. No two tumblers will ever be precisely identical, ensuring that each customer receives a one-of-a-kind piece.

Add a message in the note to seller box at checkout or message me directly with your design ideas. I can add a name, monogram, phrase, picture, you get to choose, including font if you have a preference.

I will send you a mock up and depending on the design, there might be several to choose from. I won’t make the cup until I have your approval. I will then complete your order and ship. Please double check spelling, dates, name, etc.

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority (1-3 days) or First Class (1-10 days) mail.
Shipping times are in addition to production time.
Each order will have a tracking number once shipped. You will see this both through Etsy and an email as it ships.

Because of the fully custom nature of this order and the provided mockup, once production begins, refunds will no longer be eligible. Exchanges will only be made for a new tumbler should it arrive damaged.

Just a quick heads up - sometimes the 30 oz tumblers are a bit big for some car cup holders. If you want a 30oz, but have small cup holders then check out these products on Amazon.com that can help you get the size tumbler you want without the "does it fit in my car" hassle.
