The controller is of excellent quality and make. It came in a standard Playstation controller box, which i love, and it looked every bit like the picture I was shown when I purchased it. Not only that, but the customer service from XLteam was phenomenal. The post office lost my package, and they offered to replace my item, a 200$ item, at no extra charge.

They did an amazing job on this ive been playing the heck out of it.
The product itself is absolutely amazing! It's incredibly made and the person i gave it to loves it! However I ordered it in November and just received it within the last couple days. The shipping date was moved once and then the package was lost in the mail. The seller was excellent in helping me find the package and making sure it got to me. Overall it's an absolutely amazing product and the seller was wonderful in helping when there was an issue but the shipping was very disappointing.
