Please contact us within 5 days from the delivery date and ship items back within 14 days from the delivery date. We are not responsible for any wear and tear on the item; however, we can do repairs for a fee. Please note that Norm Jewels pieces are solid gold - meaning the highest quality - but that does not make them indestructible. Our pieces MUST be handled with the utmost care. We are not responsible for any lost and damaged package for your shipment back to us. Please make sure you seal your return securely and use the tracking option.

How To Return:

Send us a message for your return or exchange request. Pack your unworn and undamaged jewelry back into the packaging, and please ship it the way you got it! Include the invoice and a note for the return or the exchange. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Once it's shipped please send us the tracking number.

You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, after 24 hours 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items during production.

All BRENNMORE styles are carefully handmade in our London Studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends) before we ship your order.

We offer TOTALLY- FREE CUSTOM DESIGN & ENGRAVING SERVICE

We will be happy to help with any design you have in mind or help you to recreate a piece you owned and lost. Any image or even a sketch will be useful.

We will send you a rendered image and design image with the measurements for your approval before we go ahead and start production on the piece.

We can also update our rings according to your engagement and solitaire rings to stack well.

You can cancel your order within the first 24 HOURS after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.

USPS and Royal Mail take about 1-2 days to update tracking initially.

the piercing bar itself is too long and the description was confusing, now corrected and clear that the bar is 8.9. the earring head and the leg are so tiny, it makes it almost impossible to screw it in without piercing tools. Had to return. They are responsive, but it took a while to return, the process was not smooth and I had to follow up after return.
