How do I receive my digital prints after I have purchased them?

If you checked out using your Etsy account, you will first go to 'Purchases & Reviews.' There you will be able to download your files under your purchase from my shop, R. Sherbert Designs. If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to download your digital prints.

Will my prints be shipped to me?

No, all posters in my shop are digital prints. This means that you will receive a link to download the prints and then can print them to the desired size you want. This allows freedom for the customer to size and pick the material they would like the print to be on.

What size are my prints?

Each print is created in a 3X4 ratio, this means that the designs can be printed to any of these sizes: In: 12x16 | 18x24 | 21x28 cm: 30x40 | 45x60 | 53x71

Do you accept returns or exchanges on your digital prints?

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges on my digital designs. This is because the link to the designs is automatically provided to the customer after purchase.

Custom and personalized orders

If a product can be customized, it will be written in the item's description in my shop.
