A funny little Scottie makes up this vintage hand carved wooden dog and clothing brush set, with moveable ears that rise up and down, circa 1950s.

The mid-century two piece vanity set consists of a carved wooden dog with expressive eyes and painted red tongue, and slot for a bristle clothing or shoe brush – which raises the articulated ears when in place, and lowers them when the brush is removed.

It also has a small metal hook in back for mounting on the wall if desired, and measures approximately 2&3/8 inches wide at the base, and sits about 4&1/4 inches high without the brush, and about 6&1/4 inches high when the brush is in place.
