In select circumstances, Vulpecula Jewelry is able to offer payment plans spanning a total of 30 days, provided an initial down payment is made up front of at least 30%. The remaining balance due may be made in 1-2 additional installments, provided that the final payment is made within 30 days of the initial down payment.
In the event of buyer default or non-payment by the end of the 30-day window, the initial down payment will be non-refundable.

Please also explore alternative (and oftentimes favorable) financing possibilities through providers like PayPal or Klarna.

We will gladly accept returns in most cases for full-price, unworn, undamaged, unaltered pieces:
1. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your merchandise to request a return. Be sure to send a photo and advise your reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, please ship your unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered (ie: should be in exactly the same condition it was received) merchandise back to the address provided in your return approval within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
3. Once your return is received back to our office, we will inspect the piece(s) and issue a refund if its condition is satisfactory.
**Please note that any sale, made-to-order or custom pieces (Blazon, etc.) cannot be returned**

These very special pre-loved pieces can range from 30-200 years old, this being said, much older pieces can have more "mileage" on them, so it cannot be guaranteed exactly at what point they may become more fragile and require repair, etc.

We only sell pieces we have deemed to currently be in wearable condition, and our team works in a detailed and conscientious manner to note any potential flaws, damage or evidence of prior repair, etc. within each item listing to the best of our ability.

Vulpecula also partners with GIA graduate gemologists and jewelers to assess, grade and verbally appraise our pieces so we can confidently identify metal and stone fineness, color, clarity, weight and overall condition.
