I would say this company is not horrible they're not great either. We had a difficult time getting our order to Colorado when it was needed. The original promise date came and went it was a difficult to get a hold of the gentleman who is in charge. When the Shivani came the jacket was too tight and the shoes were too big. Would not do business with them second time.
