I was not impressed with the quality of the vinyl used in this piece. It was very thin and stretched easily. The cutting was good, but a lack of detailed assembly instructions and a tendency for the vinyl to stretch made for a time consuming job.

Hello Lonnie, The vinyl I use for all the decals icluding yours is from UK - high quality, self-adhesive and waterproof vinyl. I am deeply sorry you feel this way because you are the first customer who seems to be unsatisfied with the quality. I have used this vinyl brand more tha 4 years now and I have customers who keep shopping at my shop because their decals remain in the wall just like the first day after month or even years. I am afraid you didn`t know how to used this and in my policies it said very clearly I will be happy to send a video link to the customer who don`t know how to install vinyl decals. Also you never wrote to me in order to let me know you have issues with the installation process and I would be happy to make the refund of your purchase wich by the way you have already installed. Regards.
