Giant beanie knitting pattern! This pattern features a classic cuffless design and super chunky knit. The pattern is easy to follow, even for beginners, and includes step-by-step instructions and helpful tips to ensure a successful knitting experience.

STITCHES: Cast on, knit stitches on a round are necessary to know.

BEANIE CONSTRUCTION: The beanie is knitted in a round on a circular knitting needles, without seams.
SIZE - one size suits most most women (with head circumference 55-58 cm). It is easy to adjust the pattern for a bigger size for larger heads, curly hair or for men.
DIMENSIONS: depth - 22-23 cm / 9", width (in a flat not stretchered position) – 23-24 cm / 9-9.4".

WHAT YOU NEED (none of the following is included):
Yarn - 200-250 grams of a jumbo weight yarn (#7). The beanies on a photo are knitted from a jumbo yarn Merino Maxi by Knit Design Studio (weight yarn #7/ 10-12m per 100g/ 1-13 yards per 3,5 oz./ the thickness of a yarn is approx. 1-1,5 cm)). But you can use any yarn you want.
Needles - 1 pair of 20 mm (US 36) circular knitting needles (40-60 cm length is the best, longer length is possible while using magic loop circular knitting method). The double pointed needles are also possible.

Tender hand wash is possible for small items (beanie, scarf, cowl). Cool water, no agitation, lay flat to dry.

Specialized dry cleaning once a season is recommended for big pieces (sweater, blanket).

Washing machine is also possible (using cold water only, delicate/wool cycle, without agitation, air dry only). But note that washing in a machine will make yarn thinner, harder to touch, some softness will be lost.

1 kg skein makes approx 75 sm* 75 sm and knits in 2-3 hours. Knit loosely (using minimum 25 mm needles) to get the best result.
