Do you accept returns?
I accept returns that are not damaged by the buyer, except for earrings (for hygiene reasons). Please make sure you contact me within 14 days, as stated above.

I also don't accept returns for custom or personalized orders or for items on sale, as mentioned above.

Care instructions
Please keep in mind that, over time, any sterling silver jewellery exposed to air will tarnish. I always include a polishing pad with your package.

To take good care of your jewellery, keep it away from cleaning products and take it off before showering, going to the gym, or doing other activities that involve sweating. Hand creams, body lotions, deodorants and perfumes can also speed up tarnishing.

Do not store your jewellery in a highly humid environment (a bathroom, or in drawers or boxes next to salt-based crystals).

Take your jewellery off before going to sleep, especially thin, delicate chains.

Not all stones are suitable for everyday wear. If you are not sure how to care for a particular piece, please contact me before purchasing

Is my package safe?
Everything I ship is sent through the Dutch postal service, tracked and traced, and fully insured. You will need to sign for the package upon delivery.

How fast can I get it?
Delivery times depend on the destination. Please note that shipping time is separate from the time needed to prepare your order.

Express shipping may be available as an upgrade for selected destinations. As this service is not available everywhere, please contact me before ordering if you would like Express shipping. I will check availability for your destination and arrange it for you.

Express shipping only affects delivery time, not preparation or working time. Custom orders and pre-orders will still take as long as they need before shipping.

There is currently no domestic Express shipping available.

Do you ship to my country?
I ship worldwide whenever shipping is available for the destination.

At the moment, shipping to the USA, Germany, France and Spain is unavailable. If your country is not listed as a shipping destination, please contact me. I may be able to make shipping available for you.

Do you take custom orders?
I gladly take a limited number of custom orders. Depending on the techniques involved, some pieces might take longer than others to reach their final form.
