When will my order ship and arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 1 business day of ordering. Our standard postage is the Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service, and our express delivery is 24 hours (this does not guarantee delivery within these timeframes).

If you have ordered a mug and it has been dispatched and you haven't received it, please enter your tracking number into the Royal Mail Tracking website which will give you up to date information on your parcel. Some parcels may be delivered to a safe place around your house or handed to a neighbour (a photo of the parcel's delivery as well as map location may be available on the Tracking Website). If delivery was attempted and you were not in, it may be back at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office. They will attempt to redeliver your item. You can also request a redelivery date on the Tracking Website or select to pick it up at the Delivery Office.

My mug is damaged on arrival/has a printing defect.

If your mug has been damaged in transit or has a printing defect, please send us a message with a photo attached and we will be happy to replace your item or refund you.
