Please contact us immediately if you receive something different than what is shown in the product images. Please email us pictures of any defective or broken item for a replacement within two days of delivery. We do not accept returns on any personalized products. Our stone slate is a nonporous material and can be sealed with a clear coat sealant. Handwash only; water that is too hot or cold may harm the slate. Do not submerge the slate in water. To clean your slate, use a nonabrasive sponge or washcloth and gently scrub soapy warm water against the board.
