Need help, how do I access my DOWNLOAD?

Downloads should be available Immediately/automatically to download as soon as your payment is processed. If you are having trouble downloading, please follow the steps: 1) If you have an Etsy account, you’ll see a ‘View your files’ link which goes to the Downloads page. 2) Guests: you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. 3) Don't use an Apple ID, as Etsy requires a valid email address 4) Downloading using (Etsy APP) sometimes wont work - please log into Etsy via your web browser (either on your phone or computer) and you will then see the button to download your files. I Downloaded my files from Etsy, how do I get to my Template/Order?

Once you have successfully downloaded your files from Etsy to your computer/mobile. please open the pdf and press the link “Access to your order” at the top of the PDF page in order to obtain your template. PDF file contain link to bring you to your template/order. along with other details of our shop.

How do I UNZIP/EXTRACT my files

If your purchase comes in ZIP file, Please extract/UNZIP the files first, this is important as sometimes you can access the files without extracting but it will be viewing mode only. I Purchased Canva Template But Received PDF file Only ?

Access my purchase in Canva? Once you have successfully downloaded your files from Etsy, Open the PDF and press the link on the top right of the page “Access Your Order” button on the page of the PDF and this will take you straight to the Canva link where you can sign in and edit your template. How do I print using Canva? Hit the "Download" button on the top right hand side and select PDF Print. You will then be able to print your PDF copy on either your home printer or at your local print shop Where did Canva save my work? Luckily Canva have a handy feature where they auto save your work as you make edits :) You can find this by logging into your Canva account and then going to the "Shared with me" folder

How do I edit my document on Microsoft WORD or Power Point?

MICROSOFT WORD: When opening files in Microsoft Word, sometimes these can default to ‘View-only’ permissions. If this happens, please click "Enable permissions/Editing" when prompted once opening the document (yellow bar). Alternatively, you can save a copy of the document under a different name and then should be able to edit! Digital Planner Hyperlink Questions ?

When purchasing one of our digital planner, make sure to download all zip files from Etsy, Sometimes few zip files will be uploaded to Etsy due to limit 20MB per upload on Etsy. Some comes with PDF link to Google Drive for download. I can't interact with hyperlinks within a PDF file ? If you import a PDF, such as a planner bought from our Shop, any hyperlinks in it will also work in GoodNotes, Notability etc. GoodNotes offers 2 ways to open/interact with your links within the PDF file: - In Pen mode: Long-press a hyperlink then choose "Open Link": - In Read-only Mode: Tap the Read-Only icon then tap on the hyperlink to jump to a section right away.
