I recommend using thick soft leather 3.75 -4 Oz (1.5 - 1.6 mm thick Soft leather Leather ), 1 - 1.5 Oz (0.4 - 0.6mm thick soft leather) and 4.5 - 5.Oz (1.8 - 2.0 mm thick veg tanned stiff leather) for getting the best result

The tools required are:

- a regular cutter,

- a hole puncher,

- edge beveller

- two needles

- hammer

Hardware for the hat:

- buckle 15mm

- 2 Chicago screws or rivets

Due to the possible minimum differences in the distance between the holes, we recommend using single hole punch.
