Can my succulent sit in the package until I’m ready to gift it?

No, please remove your plant from its package as soon as you can so it can be in its best condition when you gift it.

What happens if I inputted the wrong shipping address?

If your package isn’t shipped, you can just message us and we’ll change it to the correct address. If your package is already shipped, it is too late to change the address. We have to wait until the package comes back to us so we can re-ship it out to the correct address. Our boxes custom personalized items and are therefore non-refundable/ non-exchangeable.
