Across back embroidery: 8"-11.5" width
Unless instructed otherwise, we make the embroidery as big as possible depending on the text/font/design parameters so it looks and sews well.

Camelsota goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. We accept returns for following reasons:
1) the blank items themselves are materially flawed
2) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations.
We make all our items per order so all our items are considered custom. Therefore, we are not able to accept returns except for the two reasons listed above so please check size chart and other product information carefully before placing your order.

If your order instruction is not clear, we may message you to confirm the detail, especially for custom printed or embroidered items. It is your responsibility to respond in the time frame requested, otherwise we will proceed into production with our best guess without your input.
