All my “vinyl” stickers are 100% waterproof. Anything labeled as a “journal sticker” is not. Stickers labeled “weatherproof, recyclable sticker paper” in the description will not be as durable as vinyl, but they are great options for people looking for a tough, high quality, eco-friendly option. Currently, I am working on transferring most of my stickers to recycled paper because I am on a quest to seek out the most environmentally conscious options for my shop.

Sorry, I don’t!

I use Etsy labels to ship internationally, and all of these orders must be tracked. Unfortunately, Etsy doesn’t give sellers many alternative options without stripping away a seller’s status, which, in turn, affects their business, so I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I am working on ways to make this more accessible in the future! If you are comfortable paying the international shipping, I always include extra goodies to help offset some of the shipping expenses. :)

Delays are inevitable in this day and age, and as frustrating as it is (on both sides), there is nothing we as sellers can do when a package is stuck in transit. Once the item has left the post office, I have zero control over what happens after. But there is still hope! If you suspect your package has been lost, you can file a claim and request a refund from the USPS.

Mistakes happen! Please shoot me a message on Etsy and I will so my best to rectify any problems as soon as possible.

If there’s a product you like that is out of stock, please let me know! If there is enough of a demand for certain items, it helps me determine which products I should bring back.
