Big shoulder pads. Big pearlized front buttons. Two front embroidered pockets. Nice pleated back band. Nicely tailored.
Fabric not labeled, but it appears to be a cotton and has a linen feel. This fabric does not stretch. Be sure to give yourself a little wiggle room.
Size is not labeled, I am estimating a modern Small or even Medium, but please refer to measurements in photos and model's measurements below to get an idea of how this item will fit you. Be sure to compare with a similar item that you already and that fits you well.

Excellent Condition for its age - no rips, holes, tears, stains that I can find. There are a couple slightly loose embroidered threads and there is one ball button that is a different color than the rest.
