MEASURE YOUR SPACE!
Please measure your space well! Ask for a FREE mockup if unsure, because RETURNS would be to CANADA!

IMPORTANT!

Please open the canvas as soon as possible and inspect it for any damage. If there are any issues, I am ready to replace it right away. Storing the artwork in a garage or leaving it packaged for an extended period can lead to wrinkles, as canvas should be kept at room temperature to maintain its quality.

Hang this wall art only with hardware rated for the full weight of the piece and appropriate for your wall type (stud, drywall, or masonry). For heavier items, mount into a stud whenever possible; if using drywall, use properly rated anchors and screws. Tighten all hooks, brackets, D-rings, and wire, then gently tug the frame to confirm it is secure and level.

PLEASE NOTE: Colors may appear slightly different in person because every monitor displays shades uniquely, and brightness or calibration can affect how they look. If color accuracy is important, please check the images on several devices and ask for a mock-up before ordering.

WHAT IS STRETCHED CANVAS?
Stretched canvas is a popular format for displaying wall art. It involves stretching a printed canvas tightly over a wooden frame, ensuring the artwork is flat and smooth. This technique gives your art a professional and polished look, ready to hang directly on your wall. Stretched canvases provide a gallery-style appearance, with the image continuing around the edges of the frame for a seamless, finished presentation.

WHAT IS A FLOATING FRAME?
A floating frame is a stylish option to enhance your canvas art. This type of frame creates the illusion that the canvas is "floating" within the frame, adding depth and a modern touch to the piece. The floating frame adds approximately 1 inch to the total dimensions of your artwork. It provides a sleek, contemporary look that complements any decor, making your art stand out even more.

WHAT IS A FRAMED PAPER PRINT?
A framed paper print is a high-quality printed artwork placed behind protective plexiglass (not real glass) within a frame. This option offers a clean, modern presentation with a smooth surface and protects the print, while remaining light and safe. It is ideal for those who prefer a crisp print finish with added frame protection and durability.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damaged product and the box. We are committed to ensuring you receive your wall art in perfect condition. Upon receiving the photos, we will promptly send you a FREE reprint of your order, or a partial refund if YOU are willing to keep and fix it. There is no full refund for damaged orders.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
If your order gets lost in the mail, we will assist you in tracking it down. In the unfortunate event that the package is deemed unretrievable, we will send you a FREE reprint of your order. Our goal is to ensure you receive your wall art without any hassle or inconvenience.

WHAT IF THERE ARE WRINKLES ON MY CANVAS?
Wrinkles can sometimes occur during shipping due to handling conditions. This is a common issue and is usually easy to fix. Lightly spray the back of the canvas with water using a spray bottle, and let it dry naturally while the canvas is stretched or hung. This process will help tighten the canvas and remove the wrinkles. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us!

CANVAS CREASES & YOUR RETURN OPTIONS
Minor wrinkles and creases that can be easily smoothed out using the steps above are not considered damage and do not qualify for a full refund under our damage policy. FedEx and UPS require proof of damage for a claim, so we generally don’t receive reimbursement for these temporary creases. We may offer a partial refund as a goodwill gesture for the time and effort it takes to smooth the canvas. If you choose to return the canvas because of a removable crease, our standard return policy applies, and you’ll need to arrange and pay for return shipping. If a crease remains after following the water spray, please let us know and we’ll send a free replacement.
