We do not offer returns/refunds, however we DO offer exchanges for size or color. Please reach out within 3 days of receiving the order for exchanges. Shipping costs are not refundable, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased during a sale are eligible for a size exchange only. We also accept cancellations. Reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. Custom orders are not refundable. Since all our products are made to order, it typically takes around 5-7 days from receiving the order to completing your order. It typically takes us an additional 2-3 days for quality control. From there, depending on your location, it will take anywhere between 3-8 days for it to arrive at your door step. During the wedding season (summer and fall), we tend to get busier so slight delay may occur. If you need your order by a specific date, please feel free to reach out directly.
