Well-proportioned & beautifully made set, all the more apparent from the flawless joints, i.e. where the pot/pan handles & lid knobs are joined to the main body, & perfectly fitting lids. These details lend an additional layer of realism to the already outstanding craftsmanship. I also much prefer wood as a material over dubious plastic, which also tends to degrade over time. One niggle is that the pink colour in this set looks anaemic & falls a bit flat, which is a shame. I wasn’t fond of the mismatched colours of the handles in the olive set however. I would also have preferred that the shallow bowls & dinner plates were slightly bigger (to fit the dinner toys set), & also a paint finish to the bowls & plates (currently naked wood). Great craftsmanship nonetheless! Now wondering if these toys can hold/withstand water play!

Bought as a gift after I got a set for myself, which itself should be testimony enough! Outstanding craftsmanship and absolutely adorable set. It will be treasured for many years to come.
