Can you use these Canva template on the free Canva account?

Yes, all of our templates have been created using free canva fonts, elements and images so that you can use them from your free canva account.

Do your templates expire?

No our templates do not expire, once you download them you have access to them permanently.

I need a fresh copy of my template - do I need to buy it again?

Not at all! To load a fresh version of your purchased template, just open the pdf Etsy sent you with the link to access - click that link to load in a new template.

How do QR codes work?

If you purchase a product through our store and it has a QR code in it, we will provide you with step by step instructions on how to add your own. Basically in canva you will just find the QR code app and enter your details - it is that simple!

I'm not confident in using Canva, are there tutorials available?

Great question! Yes, we include with every order on the download instructions page links to our canva tutorials. However, if you ever get stuck and need assistance please just send through a message and we will respond as quickly as possible!

How does a digital download work?

Once the payment has finished processing you will be able to instantly download a PDF instruction page from the purchase screen. Simply download and open the PDF file and click on the download button for the template you wish to open. A box will then pop up telling you that I'd like to share a template with you, simply click 'use template' and it will open straight into your Canva account ready for you to start editing.
