Although our jewelry is high quality with extra layers of coat for long-lasting, yet plated jewelry should be cleaned periodically. To extend the life of your jewelry, it’s very important that you keep it dry (never bathe or spray perfume on your jewelry, chemical reactions with chlorine and other elements such as perspiration can lead to tarnishing). Remove jewelry when sleeping, exercising, or doing physical activities, as prolonged contact with sweat will cause the plating to wear away faster. Never use abrasive chemicals or products to clean your jewelry. After each wear, gently wipe each piece of jewelry clean of makeup and skin oils with a soft, lint-free cloth in order to avoid scratching. Since rose gold pieces are more sensitive because of copper usage (in order to turn the color from gold to rose gold), please care as instructed above.

• You can wear these pieces in the shower, but we recommend not to as it does require extra care and maintenance.

All of our items are custom made, return or refund will not be allowed once they are produced. However, we will issue a refund under the following circumstances:

- Item arrived damaged.
- Engraving is not spelled correctly .

How we handle returns:
1) Order number should be included inside the return package.
2) The item(s) should be in original condition.
3) The item(s) should not be used, worn or damaged.
4) It takes up to 72 hours after we received the item to process the return.

We are now offering high-quality gift packaging (jewelry box, dust bag, card, and booklet). We are turning green; our packaging is made from recycled material which reduces the waste of natural resources for production. You may recycle or reuse them.

If your return is approved by us, please make sure it is in original condition (jewelry box, dust bag, card, and booklet). If any of these items are missing or damaged upon receiving the returned item, we’ll charge you 20% as a packaging fee.

I wanted to get a bracelet that would alert medics to my medical condition, if I were ever in an accident. BUT I didn't want to walk around announcing to the world that I had something wrong with me (I did not one of those bracelets with honking medical symbol on it). This bracelet is light to wear, states my condition but doesn't draw the attention of an average person. I'm very happy with it.
