All toys can be washed by hand (preferably with baby shampoo) at a temperature of no higher than 30° C. Dry on a horizontal surface.

All my toys are completely customizable and you can choose their color combination! If you are interested in a different color, please let me know. Just send me a message.
Please note: made to order items may have slight differences to the one shown, as with all things handmade. Made to order items usually takes 1-2 weeks to be completed.

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery is never picked up from the postal office or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason) the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
Only after the seller gets the percel back the Buyer can get the refund amount will be reduced by all the transport service commissions, Paypal and Etsy fees.

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase, you’ll see a “View your files” link, which goes to the “Downloads” page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.
Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer

If you’ve checked out as a guest, you’ll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt e-mail that was sent to you after purchase.

If you items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation though Ukrainian Post. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is quaranteed.

In case of return of the goods please pay attention that Buyer pays for the return shipment (even if the item was bought as free shipping sale)

1. On Etsy.com or the Etsy app, click You. Then click Purchases and reviews.
2. Find the item you want to review.
3. Click the star rating you want to give next to rewiew this item.
4. Add at least five words of text to describe the item and/or the service you received.
5. If you left a five-star, you can upload an optional picture.
6. Click Post your review.
