This customer is in Georgia, and USPS is having major issues in GA at this time (anyone curious can google it). Tracking on package shows the issues happening. Unfortunately, neither of us can fix USPS issues. ;) That is why, 2.5 weeks before this review, I messaged the buyer of my own accord to suggest to them that they request refund thru Etsy’s Protection Program, since enough time had passed for it to qualify a for lost parcel refund. I added a step-by-step on how to do the request, so she wouldn’t have to look for it. Did not get a response and a request doesn’t seem to have been made yet. Wish i could do it for her, but unfortunately, Etsy’s Protection Program is thru the buyer. I just sent her the procedure by message again & encouraged her to proceed with the request.
